3B: Getting to know you and glockenspiels

Our first music class begun!
It is very important for all of us to be kept motivated when learning about a subject, even more the younger ages because they easily lose interest.
Today we started getting to know each other a little bit and we worked on team synchronization a very important element when performing in groups.

Some fun facts about the 3B class:

Candice would like to learn about the violin, the trumpet and the guitar this year in music class

Matthew  would like to learn how to play a violin and he prefers performing solo

Kris likes to listen to Rock music and prefers to perform in a group

Enyu  is learning piano for 3 years and would like to follow a career in badminton 

Amanda  loves listening to Hip-Hop music and would like to learn piano

Justin  loves the recorders and his favorite thing for fun is Lego

Vincent doesn't play any instrument yet but he would like to learn everything about music!

Isaiah  would like to learn all about guitars this year and his favorite job is doctor

Ashley likes to draw for fun and her favorite subject is Art

Anderson  likes to read mystery books and his favorite music is Rock

Tiffany 's   favorite subjects are Music and Math and she would like to become a singer

Charlie loves to read comics and he plays the clarinet

Isabel  likes to play the Chinese yo-yo for fun and she would like to become a teacher, a nurse or a music teacher

Eileen  would like to fix instruments as a profession and this year she would like to learn about the guitar

Eric  would like to learn how to read the notes this year his favorite song is the "Banana Song" from the Minions

Roney's  favorite movie is "Star Wars" and his favorite thing to do for fun is playing video games

Dong's  favorite thing to do for fun is playing music and he plays the cello and the piano

Morris  likes to tease his sister for fun and this year in the music class he would like to learn about "everything Mrs. Faye knows" 

Doreen has just started learning ukulele and her favorite subject is English.

Fun fact about Mrs. Faye:

"I started piano when I was 4 years old (which means that I play the piano for over 35 years now) and I know how to play most of the strings and the woodwinds. I love performing on a stage and my first performance in the National Opera House was at the age of 6 years old" :)
